Grok Bot has a persistent computer for running tasks. LotsSocial provides a REST API it can use for drafts, schedules, media and results, without a LotsSocial CLI.

**Store its API key privately.** Create a LotsSocial key and use the Bot’s secure credential request. Start with a read-only billing request before creating a draft.

**Approve the publication schedule.** Tell the Bot which drafts, accounts and times you approve. LotsSocial handles delivery after the API has assigned a schedule.

### How do I connect Grok Bot to LotsSocial?

Use the LotsSocial REST API from Grok Bot’s computer. Create an API key in the Lots API dashboard, configure it privately for the task and share https://lots.social/api.md with your agent. Ask it to list your connected accounts, then save a draft.

### Is Grok Bot the same connection as Grok chat?

Yes, through a compatible connection with write tools. Ask for drafts explicitly and review the captions, media and accounts. Drafts remain unscheduled until you ask to schedule them; you choose when to schedule them.

### Will scheduled posts publish after I close Grok Bot?

Once a post is successfully scheduled in LotsSocial, its publishing queue handles delivery at the chosen time even when your agent is closed. Creating new drafts or running a recurring brief still requires your agent. Check post status for platform rejections or failed deliveries.

Steps:
1. **Give Grok Bot the API reference.** Ask it to read the LotsSocial REST reference. It can use the API from its computer to save drafts, schedule posts and read results.
