Can I schedule and publish social media posts from my AI agent?
Yes. Connect LotsSocial to your agent, link your social accounts, and ask it to create drafts and schedule posts for publishing. You write and plan with the agent you already use; LotsSocial handles account connections, publishing validation, scheduling and results. Your posts also appear in the LotsSocial calendar.
Which AI agents work with LotsSocial?
Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, OpenClaw, Muse, Manus and other agents with remote MCP support can connect through MCP. Agents with computer and HTTP access, including OpenAI dots, Cue and Grok Bot, can use the REST API. Availability and authentication depend on the agent. Which social media platforms can I post to?
LotsSocial supports 12 platforms: Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn profiles and company pages, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, Threads, Bluesky, Mastodon, Reddit and Google Business. Available post formats and analytics depend on the platform and the type of account you connect. Reddit posts must also follow each community’s rules.
How do I connect LotsSocial? Do I need technical skills?
You do not need to write code to use an agent that supports remote MCP. Add https://api.lots.social/mcp in its connection settings and authorize LotsSocial. If you want help, give your agent https://lots.social/skill.md and ask it to guide you through connecting LotsSocial for it. Then ask it for a social-account connection link and complete sign-in on the platform’s own page. REST integrations use an API key.
Can I try LotsSocial without a credit card?
Yes. Eligible new users receive free starter credits with no card required. They are valid for 90 days and pay for connected accounts. The pricing section shows the current grant and rates. Add purchased credits when you need more; purchased credits never expire.
How much does it cost? Do I need a subscription?
No subscription is required. Top up LotsTech Credits and pay for the social accounts you keep connected and the media you store, charged daily. Posts, brands, workspaces and team members are unlimited, with no per-post or per-seat charge. Use the calculator above to estimate your monthly cost. Your agent’s own AI charges are separate.
If I connect three accounts on the same platform, how are they counted?
Each connected account counts separately. Three Facebook Pages are three connected accounts, just as one Instagram account and two LinkedIn accounts are three. All 12 platforms use the same per-account rate. Brands and workspaces help organize those accounts without adding a separate charge.
Can I post to multiple platforms at once?
Yes. Ask your agent to create a post for several connected accounts or prepare a batch of posts. It can adapt captions for each destination, attach media and set the schedule. LotsSocial validates each platform’s requirements before publishing; formats that need images or video still need those assets.
Will scheduled posts publish if my agent is closed?
Yes. Once LotsSocial accepts a scheduled post, its publishing queue handles delivery at the scheduled time; you do not need to keep the agent conversation open. Accounts must remain authorized and funded. You can check the post’s status and publishing result through your agent or the calendar.
Can I review posts before they go live, or change a scheduled post?
Yes. Ask your agent to save drafts when you want to review first. Drafts do not publish until you ask to schedule or publish them. You can edit, move or cancel a scheduled post before publishing begins. Your agent follows your instructions, so tell it whether you want drafts, a review step or direct scheduling.
Can my agent upload images and videos?
Yes. Your agent can add images and videos from a link or upload files directly, then attach them to posts. It can use media you provide or produce with its own tools. Each platform has its own file and format requirements. Media storage is free.
What analytics can my agent read?
Your agent can read post results and aggregate analytics for the connected accounts you can access. Use them to compare content and ask what worked over a period. Metrics and availability vary by platform, account type and connection provider; LotsSocial reports what the platform makes available rather than promising every metric on every network.
Can I manage multiple brands and work with my team?
Yes. Group accounts by brand and use workspaces to keep businesses or clients separate. Invite teammates to share the calendar and accounts according to their permissions. Brands, workspaces and team members are unlimited with no per-seat charge, and each teammate can use their own agent.
Do I have to use LotsSocial’s AI or open the web app every day?
No. You can write, plan and manage posts from the agent you already use. LotsSocial gives it the publishing tools. The agent can hand you account-connection and credits links when needed. Whenever you want hands-on control, the dashboard has everything too: the composer, calendar, bulk scheduling, media library, analytics, brands and team.
What can my agent access? Do I share my social passwords?
Your agent can operate the LotsSocial workspaces and connected accounts your authorization permits. You approve platform access through the platform’s own sign-in flow; do not paste social passwords or API keys into a chat. You can disconnect accounts or revoke access when you no longer want to use them.
Can I integrate LotsSocial into my app or automation?
Yes. Use the REST API with an API key to manage accounts, drafts, posts, media and analytics from your code or an HTTP workflow. Read api.lots.social/docs, or give your coding agent api.lots.social/docs.md to help it build the integration. API and MCP access use the same LotsSocial accounts and posts.
What happens if my credits run out, or I stop using LotsSocial?
Credit-funded capacity can suspend when your balance is insufficient. Top up to fund it again; a scheduled post still needs an active, funded account to publish. Disconnect accounts you no longer need to stop their ongoing charges. Purchased credits stay in your shared LotsTech wallet and never expire.
