How to read the ladder

Pick by how many accounts you run. The same monthly figure buys the account allowance, the storage allowance and a monthly credit grant together, so dividing a plan by its accounts alone overstates what an account costs. If you outgrow the allowance mid-month you add capacity with credits rather than changing plan.

What exactly am I billed for?
Two things: connected social accounts and media storage. Both are charged daily on what you actually hold. Workspaces, brands, team members and posts are unlimited on every plan, so adding a client, a brand or a teammate does not change your bill.
Do you charge per seat?
No. There is no per-seat charge, no per-client charge and no per-brand charge. This is the main reason agencies move here — a team of eight running forty client accounts pays for the accounts, not the eight people.
Do I need a subscription at all?
No. Buy credits once, enable credit billing, and connect only the accounts and storage you need. A credits-only customer has no subscription, and purchased credits never expire. This is the same path the REST API and the MCP server use.
Can I try it free?
Yes, and the two offers stack. Every new account gets 1,500 free LotsTech Credits, valid for 30 days, with no card required — they fund connected accounts, storage and AI work while you look around. Every paid plan also starts with a 7-day free trial. Starter credits expire at the end of their window; credits you buy never do.
What is a LotsTech Credit?
One balance spent across every Lots product, not just LotsSocial. Credits pay for connected accounts, media storage, AI work and agent compute. A short AI job costs about 42 credits; a long tool-using job about 237.
What happens to unused credits?
Unused plan credits roll over while you stay subscribed, up to a multiple of your monthly grant, and are forfeited 60 days after cancelling. Credits you purchased outright never expire and are unaffected by cancelling.
Is annual cheaper?
Yes. Annual is billed once a year at ten times the monthly price, so two months are free. Lifetime is a single payment with a one-off credit grant instead of a monthly one.
What if I need more than the top plan?
There is no self-serve tier above Agency, and there is no separate enterprise contract either. A roster larger than the Agency plan covers is served by adding credits — the same product, more capacity. Talk to us and we will agree the capacity up front and invoice for it.
Does the plan change what the product can do?
No. All twelve networks, the AI agent, campaigns, analytics, team workspaces, the REST API and the MCP server are on every plan. Plans differ only in how many accounts and how much storage they include, and how many credits arrive each month.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — no fees, no friction. Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period. Purchased credits stay in your wallet.
