What am I billed for?
Connected social accounts. A plan covers a block of accounts for a fixed price; without a plan, each account is $2 a month, charged daily on what you hold. Posts, media storage, workspaces, brands and team members are unlimited, with no per-seat charge.
Plan or pay as you go?
A plan is cheaper once you run more than a handful of accounts: Starter is 12 accounts for $20 a month, Pro 40 for $59 and Business 150 for $149, with two months free on yearly billing. Pay as you go is $2 per account per month from your credit balance, with no subscription.
Do I need a subscription?
No. Eligible new users get 5,000 free credits (2 accounts for up to a month), valid for 90 days; after that, pick a plan or top up credits. Credits pay for your connected accounts automatically.
What happens if I connect more accounts than my plan includes?
Each extra account costs your plan's per-account rate, shown on each plan above, paid from your credit balance and charged daily. You can keep adding accounts while your credits cover them. Without a plan, accounts are $2 a month each.
Can I try it without a card?
Yes. New accounts get free starter credits with no card required. The amount and validity window are shown above. Starter credits expire; purchased credits never expire.
Do you charge for my agent’s writing?
Your agent does the writing on your own AI plan. LotsSocial charges only for the accounts you connect.
What is a LotsTech Credit?
A credit from your shared LotsTech wallet. You can use the same balance across Lots products, so spending in another product reduces the balance available here.
What happens when my balance runs out?
Credit-funded capacity is suspended when there are insufficient credits. Your account and media records are retained. Top up to restore capacity.
How do I stop paying for an account?
Disconnect it to stop its ongoing charge. Purchased credits remain in your wallet.
Do LotsSocial plans include LotsNotes Pro?
Yes. The Pro and Business plans include LotsNotes Pro while the plan is active: unlimited LotsNotes workspaces and folders, and team members with roles, for the business context your AI agents read. Sign in to LotsNotes with the same email. Starter and pay as you go do not include it. On its own, LotsNotes Pro is $99, paid once. Details: https://lotsnotes.com/pricing
