    A list, a spreadsheet, a changelog or a folder of images. Your agent writes one post per item, with a different caption per network where it helps.

    Check before scheduling

    Your agent can check every post against each network’s rules without saving it: caption limits, required media, video length and aspect ratio. A post that breaks a rule is refused with the reason, so the agent fixes it.

    Text posts from a CSV or Excel file of captions, image posts from several images, or video posts from several videos.

    Pick the connected accounts every post goes to, and edit captions per network on any post.

    Smart Schedule sets the times for you: every few minutes, hours or days from a start time, or spread across a date and time range, weekdays only if you like.

How many posts can I schedule at once?
Your agent can send up to 50 posts in one request and repeat for more. Posts are unlimited, so a large batch costs nothing extra; billing is on connected accounts.
Can I bulk schedule from a spreadsheet?
Yes. In the dashboard, choose text posts and upload a CSV or Excel file of captions. You can also hand the spreadsheet to your agent and ask it to schedule the rows.
Can each network get its own caption?
Yes. Your agent can pass a caption per network, and the dashboard has a caption tab for each network on every post.
Can I bulk schedule to Reddit and Pinterest?
Yes. Reddit posts need a subreddit and Pinterest pins need a board and a title. Your agent passes them once for the whole batch or per post.
Will a bad post stop the whole batch?
Each post is checked against the network’s rules before it is scheduled. A post that breaks a rule is refused with a clear reason so your agent can fix it. Networks can still reject a post for their own reasons, so check the results.
